Policies
Late Appointment:
Please notify us in advance if you are late, we have a grace period of 10 minutes. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we might not be able to accommodate you and you might have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancelation:
If for any reasons you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If the booking was made in the same day, notify us 1 hour prior.

Service Policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied, please let us know during the service or 24 hours after the service. We are committed to make reasonable needed corrections. We are happy to offer complimentary repairs of any lifted, chipped, cracked or broken nails within 7 days of service. These do not apply to regular polish or shellac color change. The customer is responsible for color selection. Any request for color change after the application may have additional fee.
Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with suspected fungal infections, open wounds, or other health conditions that may pose risks. This ensures the safety of both clients and staff.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items such as phones, purses, or jewelry. Please keep your belongings safe at all times.
Service Refusal
To keep a safe environment for our staffs and customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is aggressive, intoxicated, abusive or non compliant clients.
Refund:
Services are non-refundable. If you're not happy with the service please let us know, we will try our best to fix it for you. Please notify our on site manager if you have any requests or concerns.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, debit, or gift card only. We do not accept credit card, cheque or payment over the phone.
Gift Cards:
Our gift cards are non-refundable and can not exchanged for cash. No cash will be given for unused balances. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized card use.
